Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and confident On-Site Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, explain project details, conduct site visits, and convert leads into bookings for our residential projects.

• Key Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers at the project site
• Explain flat layouts, pricing, payment plans, and amenities clearly
• Conduct site visits and present project advantages professionally
• Follow up with interested buyers through calls and messages
• Maintain customer records and inquiry register
• Coordinate with management regarding bookings and documentation
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Assist customers during the booking and agreement process
• Required Skills: Good communication and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Email)
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Preferred Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
• Experience in real estate sales preferred
• Working Hours: As per the site office timing
• Weekly off as decided by management
• Salary: Fixed salary + incentive on bookings
• Reporting To Sales Manager / Company Director
