Senior Account Manager

Periodic reconciliation of Bills, TDS, Bank Accounts, Supplier & Customer Ledgers.

Payment of statutory dues and ensuring GST compliance.

Daily accounting entries across all firms and individuals.

Monitoring cash flow, bank reconciliations, cross-book checks, and expense tracking.

Preparation of invoices and follow-up for payments.

Determination and payment of statutory dues within deadlines.

Quarterly reconciliation of TDS recoverable from 26AS.

Managing periodic payments: salaries, stipends, wages, rent, utilities, insurance, suppliers, vouchers, cheques, and online transfers.

Collecting and maintaining supplier documents as per MSME Act 2006.

Tracking Advertisement & Event business S.O. with related expenses.

Preparing monthly fund flow (inflow/outflow) statements in advance.

Closing monthly accounts by the 10th of every month.

Coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely filing of returns.

Preparing budgets, monitoring variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Establishing accounting controls, chart of accounts, and policies.

Guiding departments by interpreting accounting policies and resolving related issues.
