💼 Job Role Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Assistant

🔹 Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

✔ Minimum 3–5 years experience in a CA firm is compulsory

✔ Candidate must be able to handle work independently

✔ Candidate must be able to deal with clients independently

✔ Practical knowledge of GST & TDS compliances is mandatory

🚫 Candidates without CA firm exposure should not apply

🚫 Candidates not having their own vehicle should not apply

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

• Maintain books of accounts (Tally / Zoho / Excel)
• Handle GST returns independently (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation)
• Handle TDS compliances independently (returns, challans, 16/16A)
• Assist in Income Tax return preparation

Client Handling

• Direct interaction with clients for data, follow-ups & clarifications
• Ensure timely collection of documents and compliance completion
• Handle routine client queries independently

Office & Reporting Work

• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of MIS & working papers
• Assist in audit files and schedules
• Coordination with departments and portals (GST / IT)

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong practical GST & TDS knowledge
• Good working knowledge of Tally & Excel
• Good Working knowledge of Compu Office for Income Tax + TDS + GST Filing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills (Marathi / Hindi, basic English)

🎓 Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com preferred
• Ex-Article / CA Inter exposure will be an added advantage

💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & capability)

• Probation: 3 months
• Performance-based increment after probation

⏰ Working Hours

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

(Extended hours during peak compliance periods)
