We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial planning.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and profit/loss statements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred). CA appeared/CA appearing preferred
• Minimum [5+] years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
