Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute real estate projects, including residential, plotted layouts, and gated community developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction process while ensuring timely execution. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on work progress, analyzing survey data, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring all tasks are completed in alignment with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage the execution of real estate projects, including residential developments, plotted layouts, and gated communities.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, ensuring adherence to project schedules and key performance indicators.
• Analyze and interpret survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and topographical data to inform project planning.
• Coordinate with architects, RCC designers, and landscape consultants to ensure smooth project flow.
• Take full responsibility for the site execution and ensure all construction activities are carried out as per the plans.

Qualifications:

• Male candidates only.
• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Should be capable of handling labors and contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of site work, from soil analysis to project completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Should have his own vehicle.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month (₹3.6 to ₹6 LPA)
