Senior Engineer

The L2 level Hardware & Networking Engineer -Male Candidate (on field job) is responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network-related issues, and ensuring smooth IT infrastructure operations. The role involves handling escalated issues from L1 & L2 support, maintaining systems, and supporting end users and servers in a medium to large IT environment.

Hardware Support

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and replacements
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and hardware repairs
• Maintain inventory of hardware assets
• NAS Storage Handling

Networking Support

• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, Nat and routers,Crimping
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
• Assist in IP addressing, subnetting, and basic firewall configurations
• Support VPN, DHCP, DNS, and basic network security practices

System & OS Support

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS/server OS/Linux operating systems
• Handle Active Directory/LDAP user management (create, modify, disable users)
• Apply OS patches, updates, and antivirus solutions
• Provide support for email clients and basic server issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills Strong knowledge of computer hardware components
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of firewall and network security
• Must have Good Knowledge of Domain / Outlook / AD / Internet / Application Software installation
• Knowledge of Printers, CCTV, Firewall IT peripherals will be most preferable.
• Must have two-wheeler with license is mandatory.
• Candidate who can join immediately or at least within week period will be most preferable.
• Salary Would not be constraint to the right candidate (Range between 20-35 K)Based upon Experience & Technical Knowledge.

Education & Experience

• 12th /Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware and networking support
