Lead and manage a team of interior designers and draftsmen
Handle end-to-end interior design projects (residential/commercial)
Meet clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
Develop design concepts, layouts, 3D visuals, and material selections
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality execution
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
Resolve design and execution issues efficiently
Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and creativity
