Designation : Site Engineer

Age Limit : 25 to 40 Years

Experience :

• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer.

• Experience in residential construction projects (Duplex / Row Bungalow / Apartment) preferred.

Educational Qualification :

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of civil drawings and structural designs.

• Excellent planning, execution, and coordination skills.

• Effective communication with contractors and clients.

• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan, manage, and supervise daily construction activities at the site.

2. Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

3. Manage material procurement, usage, and stock control.

4. Coordinate effectively with contractors, laborers, and suppliers.

5. Ensure quality and safety standards at all stages of work.

6. Prepare and follow the project schedule to meet deadlines.

7. Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management.

8. Communicate with clients, architects, and project heads effectively.

9. Supervise all site activities such as RCC, plastering, plumbing, tiling, electrical, and finishing work.

Salary Range : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Work Timings :

• 08:45 AM to 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days
