Site Sales Manager

We are looking for highly talented and experienced female Site Sales Manager with a proven track record in real estate project sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, customer-focused, and capable of handling walk-in clients, site visits, and deal closures independently.

• Required Experience & Skills:3–8 years of experience in real estate site sales
• Strong closing skills and negotiation ability
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Knowledge of RERA norms and real estate sales process
• Ability to handle high-value transactions
• Comfortable working on-site, weekends, and peak sales periods

Preferred Candidate Profile:Female candidates only

• Experience with residential / luxury / plotted developments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of local real estate market
