Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction and interior work for new restaurant outlet openings. The candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, coordination with vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and as per company standards. The role requires continuous travel to different outlet locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

Supervise daily construction and interior work at new outlet sites

Ensure work is completed as per design, quality, and safety standards

Monitor progress and report daily updates

2. Project Coordination

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Ensure timely availability of materials and resources

Follow up on project timelines and deadlines

3. Quality Control

Check quality of materials and workmanship

Ensure compliance with company specifications and standards

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site reports, work updates, and progress tracking

Report any delays or issues to management

5. Travel & Site Management

Travel continuously to new outlet locations for supervision

Stay at site locations as required during project completion

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of civil construction and interior work

Understanding of site supervision and project coordination

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Willingness to travel frequently

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

6 months to 1 year of experience in site supervision or construction

Additional Requirements

Ready for continuous travel and field work

Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Basic knowledge of drawings and layouts preferred
