Job Description
The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships within the assigned Pincode book along with Pincode Meeting assigned by SKY RM(Virtual RM). This role involves a comprehensive approach to customer engagement, including meeting, video calling, and telecalling customers. The primary objective is to cross-sell a range of asset and liability products, as well as third-party investment offerings, to deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers with value based relationship.
