Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We're Mighty Magpie, a performance marketing agency based in Nashik. We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketer who can independently manage multiple client accounts and contribute to our growing portfolio.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for 10+ clients simultaneously
• Handle client communication and maintain strong working relationships
• Plan and manage social media, Local SEO, and performance marketing activities
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
• Stay up to date with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills — written and spoken (Marathi + Hindi + English)
• Comfortable with client-facing work and managing multiple accounts
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and analytics tools
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
