Sr. Operations Executive -(Rural Farm Operations)/Operations Manager (Rural Farm Operations)

Job description  

Job Location: Nashik District

We are building a structured farm labour fulfilment network across rural clusters. We are hiring Sr. Ops Executive/Operations Manager to drive supply efficiency, fulfilment accuracy, and margin control at cluster level.

Primary Objective

Ensure high fulfilment reliability, margin discipline, labour retention, and farmer satisfaction while acting as the execution bridge between system planning and ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Excellence

• Maintain ≥95% on-time job fulfilment
• Keep allocation errors below 5%
• Minimize last-minute dropouts
• Ensure right team size vs acre allocation
• Control transport cost & protect margins

Planning & Coordination

• Plan activities minimum 15 days in advance
• Flag peak demand and supply gaps early
• Coordinate with Demand & Supply teams to prevent last-minute disruption

Margin & Performance Monitoring

• Track weekly/monthly/quarterly gross margins
• Improve average margin per order
• Identify loss-making components (teams/farmers/activities)
• Maintain labour retention ≥75%
• Monitor team ratings and drop-off reasons

Escalation & Control

• Resolve 100% farmer complaints for allocations within 24 hours
• Zero unresolved cases beyond 48 hours for any allocation

Ideal Candidate

• 2–7 years experience in field operations / cluster operations
• Strong analytical and margin-focused mindset
• Strong coordination with Farmer and Labour team along with conflict-resolution skills

Salary bracket :

Sr. Operations Executive -(Rural Farm Operations): 30K to 40K

Operations Manager (Rural Farm Operations) :40K to 55K
