Kyte Energy is a fast-growing electric two-wheeler startup focused on providing innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage our spare parts inventory at the plant level.

Job Summary:

The Store Executive will be responsible for the overall management of all spare parts and components related to electric two-wheelers at the plant. This includes conducting regular audits, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the store department. The role also involves supervising junior staff and maintaining proper documentation using Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of all spare parts and components.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming components properly.

Ensure timely issuance of parts to the production or service team.

Audits & Reporting:

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of inventory.

Reconcile physical stock with system records and address discrepancies.

Prepare and submit inventory reports to the management.

Vendor Coordination & Purchase Orders:

Raise purchase orders (POs) for required components.

Liaise with regular vendors for timely delivery of materials.

Track purchase status and follow up for pending deliveries.

Software & Documentation:

Maintain all stock entries and reports using Tally software.

Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of transactions.

Team Supervision:

Manage and guide junior store staff in day-to-day tasks.

Delegate responsibilities and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Maintain discipline and accountability within the store department.

Key Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma in Store/Inventory Management is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in inventory or store management, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle sector.

Skills:

Proficient in Tally ERP software.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Ability to manage a large number of components.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
