Position : Talent Acquisition(BFSI)

• Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end hiring for BFSI roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, understand culture, and provide recruitment updates.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Utilize job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and networks to build talent pipelines for roles like analysts, advisors, etc..
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive experience through clear communication, managing expectations, and providing feedback.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, regulations, and competitor hiring practices.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records (MIS) and trackers for recruitment activities. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in BFSI recruitment or related fields.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of BFSI roles (e.g., RM, BDM, Insurance Advisor) and industry dynamics.
• Tools: Proficient with job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and basic Excel/Sheets.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (often required).

• Compliance: Ability to find candidates who thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Volume Hiring: May involve handling high-volume recruitment for certain positions.
• Branding: Promoting the company as an employer of choice.
