Office Timings

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, unless otherwise notified)

Primary Job Role – Sales Executive

• Engage with clients who approach the company for cryptocurrency transactions.

• Assist clients in understanding suitable crypto assets based on their requirements.

• Procure and collect client KYC documentation as per company policy.

• Submit collected KYC documentation to the designated approval team/person.

• Maintain professional client relationships on behalf of the company.

• Ensure all activities are conducted strictly as per the company’s Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs).

Additional Responsibilities (Optional)

• Daily accounting of sales transactions.

• Reconciliation of daily crypto and fiat sales records.

• Coordination with internal accounts and compliance teams as required.

Training & Support

• Complete training for sales, KYC procedures, and internal SOPs will be provided by the

company.

• For accounting-related responsibilities, company-sponsored training under a Chartered

Accountant (CA) will be provided.
