Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain effective communication with customers to support sales and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain products/services and generate leads
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain records
• Update call details and customer information in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Maintain a positive and professional approach

Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work with targets
