Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Tele Callers with 1–2 years of experience in tele sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong grasping power, and presence of mind to handle client queries and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to prospective clients.
Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales.
Maintain records of conversations and update lead status in Excel.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
