Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Contact potential clients (individuals, proprietorships, partnerships, or companies) to introduce MTS’s financial products, such as business loans, home loans, and corporate funding solutions.
- Client Engagement: Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and funding processes to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address client queries, and guide them through the loan application process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the company’s system database.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets as set by the management.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest developments in the banking and financial sector to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with relationship managers and loan advisors to ensure seamless coordination during the loan application and approval process.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, telecalling scripts, and regulatory guidelines while interacting with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in financial services, banking, or loan products (business loans, home loans, or corporate funding).
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (HSC) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Preference for candidates based in or around Nashik with familiarity with the local market and business landscape, finance product variants.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English to engage effectively with clients.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into clients.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word) for managing client data and reports. CRM software knowledge will be a plus
- Interpersonal Skills: Polite, professional, and customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market trends and client requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telecalling for financial products such as business loans, home loans, or MSME funding.
