Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Contact potential clients (individuals, proprietorships, partnerships, or companies) to introduce MTS’s financial products, such as business loans, home loans, and corporate funding solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and funding processes to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address client queries, and guide them through the loan application process.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the company’s system database.

 

 

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets as set by the management.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest developments in the banking and financial sector to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with relationship managers and loan advisors to ensure seamless coordination during the loan application and approval process.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, telecalling scripts, and regulatory guidelines while interacting with clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in financial services, banking, or loan products (business loans, home loans, or corporate funding).
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (HSC) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Local Knowledge: Preference for candidates based in or around Nashik with familiarity with the local market and business landscape, finance product variants.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English to engage effectively with clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into clients.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word) for managing client data and reports. CRM software knowledge will be a plus
  • Interpersonal Skills: Polite, professional, and customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market trends and client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telecalling for financial products such as business loans, home loans, or MSME funding.
