Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining financial products ( Various types of Loans), and generating qualified leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products ( Various types of Loans like LAP/Secured-Unsecured/Home/Corporate Funding/CC/ Machinery Purchase Funding etc.)
- Achieving Weekly/Monthly Lead Generation target through internal as well as self-explored database.
- Follow up on leads provided and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain updated records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth file login & disbursement of loan.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling or sales (preferably in financial services).
- Good Communication & convincing skills (Language Preferred- Marathi/Hindi )
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
