Job Description
- Lead and manage the telecalling team, including hiring, training, and daily performance monitoring
- Develop and optimize call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and follow-up processes
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
- Monitor call quality, recordings, and compliance with company standards
- Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, call efficiency, and revenue generated
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and outcomes
- Implement CRM and reporting systems to track team productivity and results
- Ensure data confidentiality and ethical calling practices
- Drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
