Role Type: Inside Sales & Lead Management

Job Summary: Kyte Energy is looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Specialist to act as the bridge between our marketing efforts and our field sales team. You will be responsible for managing the top-of-the-funnel sales process—identifying potential customers, qualifying incoming inquiries, and strategically distributing high-quality leads to our On-Field Sales Officers to ensure maximum conversion.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Filtering: Act as the first point of contact for leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and the official website. Filter and qualify these prospects based on intent, budget, and location.
  • On-Field Sales Support: Coordinate with On-Field Sales Officers by providing them with "sales-ready" leads, ensuring they have the necessary context to close deals effectively.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Beyond managing incoming traffic, you will actively hunt for new business opportunities using:

  • Online directories (Justdial, Indiamart, etc.).
  • Competitor analysis and market research.
  • Social media platforms and general internet sourcing.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized CRM or lead tracker, ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-ups are scheduled.
  • Pitching & Relationship Building: Introduce Kyte Energy’s product portfolio to potential clients via cold calling and warm follow-ups, sparking interest in our sustainable energy solutions.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a lead generation role (EV or energy sector experience is a plus).
  • Research Proficiency: Strong ability to navigate the web, use search engines effectively, and extract data from B2B platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "hook" a prospect within the first minute of a call.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to distinguish between a casual inquiry and a serious business lead.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace, and online lead generation tools
