Mighty Magpie is a performance marketing agency in Nashik, helping businesses grow through creative and data-driven digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives, and brand videos for multiple clients

- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design to videos

- Color grade and enhance footage to match brand aesthetics

- Resize and reformat videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

- Meet content deadlines and manage multiple edit projects simultaneously

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of video editing experience (agency or freelance)

- Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or AI Tools

- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time

- Portfolio or showreel of past editing work is mandatory

Good to have:

- Knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Pika, etc.)

- Experience with After Effects

- Reels-first content mindset

- Basic Photoshop skills

- Prior agency experience

Showreel or portfolio mandatory. Nashik-based candidates only. Immediate joiners preferred.
