Video Editor / Content Editor

Our content reaches thousands of professionals through courses, webinars, social media, emails, and digital programs. We are looking for a sharp, emotionally intelligent Editor who understands human psychology, clarity, and impact-driven communication.

As a Content Editor, you will be responsible for editing, refining, and structuring content so that it becomes:

• Clear
• Powerful
• Emotionally engaging
• Action-oriented

Your job is NOT just grammar correction — your job is to amplify impact.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and polish content for:
• Facebook Stories / Reels
• Instagram Reels / Stories
• Instagram & YouTube content
• WhatsApp messages & email campaigns
• Landing pages & sales content
• Improve clarity, flow, tone, and emotional connect
• Convert raw ideas or voice notes into structured, high-conversion content
• Ensure consistency in brand voice (motivational, direct, practical)
• Edit Marathi + English (Hinglish / Manglish) content without losing emotion
• Collaborate closely with the Founder/Coach for fast turnarounds
• Required SkillsStrong command over English (mandatory)
• Working understanding of Marathi content (highly preferred)
• Excellent editing & proofreading skills
• Ability to simplify complex ideas
• Understanding of:
• Personal growth
• Career coaching
• Motivation & mindset content
• Familiarity with digital formats (Reels, Webinars, PDFs, Emails)
• Preferred QualificationsBackground in:
