Regrob is looking for a skilled and creative Videographer based in Nashik to create high-quality video content for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for visiting different real estate project sites, capturing professional videos, and delivering engaging visual content that highlights the features and advantages of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit real estate project sites in and around Nashik to capture professional video footage.

• Shoot high-quality videos showcasing project amenities, surroundings, infrastructure, and property highlights.

• Create engaging walkthrough videos and project overview videos for marketing purposes.

• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and camera stability during shoots.

• Deliver approximately 40 videos per month for Regrob.

• Coordinate with the Regrob team to understand project details and shooting requirements.

• Maintain video quality standards suitable for digital marketing platforms such as YouTube, social media, and website listings.

• Manage basic video equipment and ensure proper handling during shoots.

Requirements:

• Experience in videography, preferably in real estate, architecture, or property shoots.

• Own camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless) and basic shooting gear.

• Ability to travel to different project locations within Nashik.

• Basic understanding of video composition and property presentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Output Requirement:

• Minimum 40 project videos per month.
