Should have worked in a thali before

We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter to join our team at a traditional Thali Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving guests with warmth, ensuring timely delivery of thalis, refilling items, and maintaining a clean dining area. Prior experience in Indian dining service, especially in thali-style service, is a plus.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner.
• Take and serve food orders promptly — especially ensuring thali items are served in the correct order and quantity.
• Refill thali items like vegetables, dal, rice, roti, etc., as per guest requests or standard refilling practice.
• Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained before and after service.
• Explain dishes to customers when required, especially if the thali has rotating daily menus.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards while handling food and beverages.
