Job Description
Job Title: Hot Air Generator & Spray Dryer Operator
- Operate and monitor Hot Air Generator and Spray Dryer as per SOPs and set parameters.
- Control inlet/outlet temperatures, airflow, and feed rate to ensure consistent product quality.
- Start up, shut down, and perform routine cleaning of HAG and Spray Dryer systems.
- Monitor moisture content, particle size, and drying efficiency during operation.
- Identify process deviations and carry out basic troubleshooting.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and EHS guidelines during operations.
- Maintain batch records, log sheets, and shift handover reports.
