Academic Counselor

This role is purely focused on Student Admissions, Sales & Business Development Activities, ensuring branch growth and achievement of business targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through calls, data follow-ups, and marketing activities

Convert inquiries into admissions through effective sales strategies

Develop and execute local marketing plans to increase brand visibility

Build strong relationships with students and parents

Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities at colleges

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets

Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records

Support business expansion and revenue growth initiatives

 Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: Fresher / Experienced (0–5 years preferred in Education Sector)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

Basic computer knowledge

Leadership qualities (mandatory for Branch Manager role)
