Academic Counselor

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced professional from the coaching industry to drive our admissions process. You will be the primary voice of SkoolEase, responsible for reaching out to potential leads, counseling students/parents about our specialized JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs (Classes 8–12), and converting interest into enrollments.

Telecalling & Lead Generation: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases to introduce SkoolEase programs.

Expert Counseling: Provide detailed academic guidance, explaining the benefits of an IIT Alumni-led venture and how it differentiates from large-scale institutes.

Admissions Conversion: Follow up diligently with leads, handle objections tactfully, and close sales by securing center visits and enrollments.

Database Management: Maintain and update daily call records and student interaction logs in the CRM system.

Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission targets.
