Job Description
Maintain and update accounting records and documents (vouchers, invoices, ledgers, etc.)
Handle data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP)
Assist in preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records
Track expenses and process vendor payments
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Help in monthly closing and reporting
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for account-related queries
