Account Executive (Accounting)

The primary objective of this role is to maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely processing of transactions, and support the management team with insightful financial reporting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day integrity of our books and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Record Keeping & Data EntryMaintain and update the general ledger and sub-ledgers.

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.

2. Taxation & Compliance Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., GST, VAT, TDS, or Income Tax).

• Ensure all financial operations adhere to local accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors during year-end reviews.

3. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).

• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.

4. Payroll & Expenses Process employee payroll and manage expense reimbursements.

• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
