1.         Accounting & Bookkeeping ( 25%) –  1) Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 2) Timeliness of Financial Reporting & MIS – Monthly reports completed within deadlines.             2.         Invoice & Payment Processing  (25%)  – 1) Manage client invoices, Invoice to all AMCs, Corporate FD companies, Insurance companies, FTA etc, vendor payments, and reconciliations. 2)Invoice & Payment Turnaround Time –  Company  payments processed within agreed timelines and ensuring all the payments for the month has been accurately received. 3) Accuracy of Accounting Entries – Error rate below 1%  and daily entries should happen

            3.         Tax Compliance & Regulatory Compliance –   ( 35% )– 1) Ensure Tax Filing Compliance – 100% on-time, GST, TDS, and Income Tax submission along with zero error. 2) Adhere to REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS for financial transactions. And upload the tax filing and balance information per month  3) Adherence to Tax compliance and Company law for all the group companies

            4.         Financial Reporting & Bank Reconciliation (15 %)  – Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports The same should be shared with leadership team every month by 1st week of the month.

                        –  1) Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash flow management. 2) Ensure Zero pay in and pay out loss/ leakage. 3) Due payment for the company should be received 100% as per defined TAT every month. 3) Bank Reconciliation Completion Rate – All accounts reconciled For pay in and pay out both

• Create Annual Budget Plans for the company and further breaking it down to monthly and quarterly and monitoring the Expense Vs Budgets. at no circumstance expense should over shoot the budget
• Organise Financial records

• Inspect accounting system
• Client relationship management and referral from client
