🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Customer Service Executive to manage accounting operations along with customer coordination. The candidate will handle vendor purchases, stock records, invoicing, GST compliance, and customer communication while ensuring smooth daily operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🧾 Accounts & Finance:

Handling vendor purchases and maintaining purchase records

Stock management and inventory reconciliation

Raising sales invoices and coordinating dispatch of material

Payment follow-up and collection from customers

Bank reconciliation and maintaining daily cash/bank records

Coordinating with banks for banking matters (OD, CC, documentation, etc.)

Handling GST-related work (filing coordination, reconciliation, compliance)

Maintaining proper accounting entries in Tally / accounting software

Assisting in monthly closing and MIS reports

📞 Customer Service:

Attending customer calls and responding professionally

Coordinating with customers for orders, dispatch, and payments

Maintaining strong communication and relationship with clients

Supporting sales and service team with documentation

🔹 Required Skills:

Knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software

Basic understanding of GST & taxation

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi preferred)

Strong follow-up skills for payment collection

Basic knowledge of inventory & stock handling

Proficiency in MS Excel

🔹 Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Accounts background preferred

3-5 years experience in accounting & customer handling

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply

As per industry standards (based on experience)
