Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Accounting & Taxation to manage the company’s accounting operations, taxation, compliances, and coordination with auditors. The candidate will lead the accounts team and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial ManagementOversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP
• Ensure accurate recording of expenses, invoices, and payments
• Prepare monthly MIS, balance sheet, P&L statements, and financial reports
• Manage vendor, customer, and bank reconciliation
• Taxation & ComplianceEnsure GST, TDS & Income Tax compliance
• File GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns with accuracy
• Prepare tax workings and documentation for audits
• Stay updated with latest tax rules and statutory compliance
• Audit & CoordinationCoordinate with internal & external auditors
• Ensure timely completion of statutory, internal & tax audits
• Prepare audit schedules and required documentation
• Team & ReportingLead, train, and monitor the accounts team
• Ensure proper controls, documentation, and compliance within accounts department
• Report financial updates to Management
• Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
• Experience: 3–7 years in Accounting & Taxation
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Finalization & Audit
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software
• Key Skills:Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of taxation and statutory laws
