Position: Accountant

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: Fresher - 2years

Responsibilities:

Ø Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into Tally and maintain up-to-date records.

Ø Invoicing: Assist in generating and processing invoices for clients and vendors.

Ø Reconciliation: Help with bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Ø Documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ø Accounts Payable and Receivable: Aid in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.

Ø Collaborate with Team: Work closely with senior accountants and finance staff to learn and contribute to financial operations.

Ø Ad hoc Tasks: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the finance manager or senior accountants.

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Ø Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Ø Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
