Accountant

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with NBFC regulatory norms, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue tracking, and expense management.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and client collections.

NBFC Financial Operations

• Manage loan accounting, disbursements, repayment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Support preparation of regulatory reports and filings as required for NBFC operations.
• Work closely with risk, compliance, and operations teams for financial monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in portfolio analysis and financial performance tracking.

API Integration & Financial Systems

• Coordinate with technology and product teams for API integrations related to payments, lending platforms, banking partners, and financial data systems.
• Validate financial data flow between APIs, internal accounting systems, and partner platforms.
• Support automation of financial reporting, reconciliation, and transaction tracking using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and ensure accuracy of API-driven financial transactions and integrations.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
• Implement financial controls and process improvements.

Financial Analysis & Process Improvement

• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and financial efficiency.
• Assist management with financial insights and decision-making reports.
