NATURE OF WORK : LOGISTICS & INTERIOR DECOR PRODUCT SALE

• Daily entry of billing, expenses, and payments.
• Maintain ledgers for staff advances, maintenance, expenses
• Prepare & update Profit and Loss statements monthly
• Coordinate with CA for tax filing, TDS, GST returns, P Tax.
• Organise old financial documents and maintain digital backups
• Assist with vehicle & product sale paperwork and EMI tracking
• Maintain outstanding receivable list and coordinate follow-ups
• Record sales, purchases, GST invoices, and vendor bills
• Reconcile bank statements and cash flow logs
• Assist in budgeting and stock-related entries
• Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and ROC filings
• Maintain vendor and customer payment records
• Help in preparing financial reports for investors or audits
