Job Title: Accountant cum office Assistant for Export Company into Medical & Surgical Distribution Company
Overview As an Accountant cum Office Assistant having work experience in Sales/ Purchase/ Stock Inventory / Quotation.
- Must be knowing MS Advanced Excel, Tally Accounting / Sale, Purchases
- Bank Reconciliation, GST Reconciliation. Inventory control.
- Prepare Quotations / Manage Replies to clients
- Manage Client Dispatches, Payment Follow ups.
- Export documentation
- Office Admin works.
· Proven experience in billing, inventory, preferably in the healthcare or medical Device industry.
· Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
