•      Prepare and maintain accurate records in tally including sales, purchase, expense, bank, general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
•      Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, vendor ledgers, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
•      Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
•      Processing reimbursements.
•      Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.
•      Communicate with owners of company and other stakeholders like consultants.
•     Review and finalize journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial statements. Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, vendor ledgers, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
•      Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
•      Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and training where necessary. 

Qualifications:

•     Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.     
• Experience (0 to 4years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
•     Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, journal entries and golden rules of accounting.
•     Proficiency with accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and income tax provisions
