Accounts Executive

Location: Sanpada, Navimumbai.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year post-articleship

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be Inter CA qualified, have completed 3 years of Articleship, and have at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries
• Booking of sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense entries, and other journal entries
• Perform banking entries and bank reconciliation
• Support external consultants for GST, TDS, and other taxation matters
• Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required data and documentation
• Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of balances
• Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Qualification & Experience:

• Inter CA (mandatory)
• Must have completed 3 years of Articleship
• Candidate should not be pursuing CA currently
• Minimum 1 year of experience after articleship in accounting/finance roles

·       Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred

·       Candidates located near the job location or willing to relocate

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation compliance
• Experience in bank reconciliation and audit support
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred) and MS Excel
• Decent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
