Accounts Manager

Position Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai (Vashi)

Experience: 3+ years

Industry: Financial Planning / Financial Services

Preferred: CA Interns or candidates with experience in CA firms

Job Responsibilities:

1. Taxation & Compliance:

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for Resident Indians & NRIs.

• Tax computation for individuals, including capital gains, deductions, and rebates.

• Coordinating with clients for tax documentation and resolving taxation queries.

• Support in TDS filing, tax payments, and reconciliation of Form 26AS.

2. Accounting & Financial Operations:

• Bank reconciliation and brokerage reconciliation on a regular basis.

• Raising invoices to AMCs, Insurance Companies, and other partners for commissions, fees, and brokerage.

• Tracking collections and follow-ups for outstanding payments.

• Managing petty cash, expense tracking, and assisting in preparation of monthly accounts dashboard.

3. Reporting & MIS:

• Preparing monthly MIS reports for management on revenue, expenses, receivables, taxation, and profitability.

• Generating reports on pending ITR filings, renewals, and collections.

• Coordinating with Financial Planning and Operations teams for client-wise accounting and reporting.

4. Other Responsibilities:

• Assistance in preparation of audit documents as required.

• Staying updated with taxation laws relevant to individual and NRI clients.

• Supporting ad hoc reporting needs and analysis for business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Intern (Preferred)

• 3+ years of relevant experience in CA firms or financial services firms.

• Strong knowledge of ITR filing for NRI & Resident Indians.

• Good command of MS Excel and familiarity with accounting & tax software (ClearTax, Winman, or similar).

• Strong communication skills with ability to handle client interactions independently.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
