Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound telesales to prospective students and parents
• Explain undergraduate programs, admission process, eligibility, and fees
• Handle inbound and outbound admission-related inquiries
• Achieve daily calling targets and counseling conversion targets
• Schedule counseling appointments and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate call records and student data in CRM / Excel
• Support senior counselors in admission and documentation process
• Build positive relationships with students and parents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi & local language preferred
• Confident on calls with persuasive and counseling abilities
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to handle rejection positively and work under pressure

Job Timings: 10am – 6pm (Six days working)
