 Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other platforms.

 • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve the best ROI and reach performance targets.

 • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

 • Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and video concepts.

 • Handle A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.

• Monitor budgets and spending across campaigns to ensure efficiency

. • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

 • Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest strategy improvements.

Requirements:

 • Minimum 2 year of experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Meta or Google Ads). • Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics tools.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics

. • Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

• Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
