Agency Development Manager

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents who will promote and sell life insurance products. The role requires strong leadership, networking, and people management skills to build a high-performing advisor base. Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors and agents from various sources (networking, references, job fairs, etc.).

• Build a strong and productive advisor base to achieve assigned business targets.

• Training & Development:

• Provide induction and product training to new advisors.

• Guide and motivate advisors to enhance their productivity and selling capabilities.

• Conduct regular review meetings and field visits for performance monitoring.

• Sales Management:

• Achieve business targets through advisor activation and consistent performance.

• Support advisors in selling insurance policies to meet individual and team goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

• Relationship Management:

• Maintain healthy relationships with advisors, ensuring retention and engagement.

• Act as a link between advisors and the company for effective communication and support.
