Architect

We are looking for a motivated Architect with 1 or more years of experience to join our team working on high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural design concepts
• Develop creative and functional layouts and plans
• Create 3D models and visualizations for presentations
• Coordinate with project teams during design development
• Assist in concept presentations and client discussions
• Support design execution as per approved concepts
• Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and spatial requirements
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
• Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of design principles
• Good communication and coordination skills

Location: Kharghar

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
