Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
- Responsible for driving the assigned sales targets in the allocated zone.
- Responsible to do marketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Accountable to create new sourcing networks by providing support, information and guidance.
- Responsible for creating a strong sales culture by driving acquisitions, profitability and employee development
- Accountable for healthy portfolio by collection of overdue accounts.
- Responsible for prompting Customer Service
- Responsible for handling DSA, DST and Sales Manager
- Responsible for working collaboratively with the Operations, Credit, Technical, Legal and Collections department for successful file login
- Accoutable for recruiting, training and motivating team to achieve the desired productivity in alignment with the organisation goals
