Job Title: Assistant Manager - Contact Centre

- Manage a team of customer service representatives, telesales executives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor call metrics and customer queries to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
