Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Ensuring smooth daily functioning, handling stock, managing order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Team Leadership: Managing and guiding the store team, including pickers and packers, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate stock levels and managing inventory processes within the dark store.
• Customer Experience: Driving high partner/customer satisfaction through efficient service.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting quality checks on packed orders and ensuring operational standards are met.
