Job Description – Associate, Jio 5G Experience Centre

 

Team Overview

As part of the Jio 5G Experience Centre team, Associates play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of world-class demonstrations and ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

The role contributes to showcasing Jio’s technological leadership by assisting with visitor hosting, maintaining the Experience Centre environment, and supporting day-to-day operational and technical activities.


Education : Graduate

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Visitor Engagement Support

  • Assist in welcoming and guiding VIPs, VVIPs, internal teams, and other stakeholders during visits.
  • Coordinate basic walkthroughs and support senior team members during high-profile presentations and demonstrations.

2. Product Demonstration Assistance

  • Support product demonstrations by preparing devices, applications, and content in advance.
  • Stay informed about key product features, updates, and use cases to confidently address basic visitor queries.

3. Experience Centre Upkeep

  • Ensure all demo zones, displays, and equipment are clean, functional, and visitor ready.
  • Regularly verify that content screens, devices, and accessories are updated and aligned with Jio’s branding guidelines.

4. Technical & Operational Support

  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of devices, applications, and network elements used for demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue reporting, follow-ups, and minor setup activities.

5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Support the team in scheduling visits and managing calendars.
  • Assist with vendor/user coordination, material tracking, and other operational requirements as assigned by the Vertical Leaders of Jio Business P&C.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of telecom/5G technology (training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
