Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Automobile Spare Parts Sales Executive is responsible for selling automobile spare parts, managing customer inquiries, maintaining inventory coordination, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sell automobile spare parts to customers, retailers, garages, and workshops.

Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable spare parts.

Handle counter sales, billing, and customer inquiries.

Maintain product knowledge of genuine and aftermarket spare parts.

Generate new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Coordinate with store and inventory teams to ensure stock availability.

Maintain sales records, invoices, and customer data.

Handle returns, replacements, and warranty claims if applicable.

Collect market feedback and competitor pricing information.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Proven experience in automobile spare parts sales preferred.

Good knowledge of automobile parts (2W / 3W / 4W / Commercial vehicles).

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work in showroom, store, or field sales environment.

Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.

Experience in dealership or automobile parts store.

Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Negotiation and upselling skills.
